“Lila” means purple in the Philippines. But for us, it means something more. Soft purple chiffon, rich ube crémeux, and our signature cream, made from 100% real purple yam, slow-cooked to perfection, blended with butter for just the right touch of indulgence.

This cake is for Uncle Romeo, the man who stands at the door, rain or shine, greeting us as we come and go. A small gesture, repeated every day, until it becomes something more.
